Something at tip of zoa

These zoas have not opened for almost a month now and there’s something on there tips now. Does anyone know what’s wrong or how i can save them?

Have you tried to dip them in anything? Not sure what that is on them, but zoas usually respond very well to a dip even post acclimation to a tank.
