New tank (about 4 months old). Noticed some white spots on a Trumpet Coral today...is something nibbling on it or is it stressed or something?

Inhabitants:
- 2 Clowns
- Solar & Fairy Wrasse
- Link Goby, Court Jester Goby
- Royal Gramma
- Tailspot Blenny
- 2 Blood Red Fire Shrimp
Hermits / snails / conch.

The Tailspot is new as of this week, which is the only change that's been made in the last month.

We did see what I thought was a black stomatella snail the other night, but may be something more nefarious: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/guessing-this-is-a-black-stomatella-snail.1080766/ Maybe that's the culprit?

could just be some sand that got kicked up. The only inhabitant you've listed that might bother LPS are hermit crabs, and generally only large (larger than a quarter) hermits will eat coral.
