One of my clowns has around 3 white spots on its side, are they anything to worry about? She is fine swimming around and happy

I dont see this as parasitical but to assure (as i see this as secondary bacterial) - see if dots remain the same or increase in number and location. Ich will increase every 24 hours.
Are fish eating and breathing normal?
If so, again keep an eye for increase, loss of color, change in swim pattern and elevated breathing as examples

Watch the spots daily. If the spots come and go and show up in new locations, it is more likely to be ich. Spots that stay in the same locations for days is unlikely to be a parasite, and more likely a minor injury.
