This is not a post about a fake transaction just trying to leave good feedback. This is my first post here, as I am new here and usually use reefcentral. I am under the name grom under reefcentral which has quite a few posts. This transaction is real and actually did happen. This same post is also posted in vendor feedback on reefcentral. (Writing this because having only 1 posts seems suspicious.)
Writing this after a couple weeks of having my order.
Before placing an order, I emailed them as I was placing quite an expensive order (for me at least).
They were very helpful through email, and responded immediately. The thing that annoys me the most is when people take forever to email back. I have email on my phone and respond within 5 minutes. WWC had really good customer service and emailed me back right away. It took less than 2 days to finalize my order.
I was looking for 2 specific corals they didnt have on their website, and I was able to get the 2 frags by emailing them.
SPS corals purchased:
Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Oregon Tort
Tyree LE Pink Lemonade
Paletta Blue Milli
Blueberry Acro
WWC 4-color Milli
Since my order was decently sized, they put together a really nice package price for the corals that was very reasonable.
All corals came 100% healthy and parasite free. All corals are still doing great, and growing very well in my tank. 5 out of 6 corals came fully colored up. Even as frags, they displayed almost all of their colors. The exception was the 4-color milli which only had 2 colors. This is 100% understandable as the frag needs to grow out to display the rest of its colors.
Packaging was perfect, and all frags were of good size.
I am very pleased with this purchase, and I would not change a thing about the transaction.
WWC is definetly first class service and top grade corals. I will definetly be doing business with them again.
