Wow! That's some crazy growth! I have a non-aquacultured piece that looks just like it, but has been a slow grower for me.

That looks similar to the granulosa I recently picked up. I can never get photos to go it justice though (Looks like a bright flame with the encrusting parts of the flesh being red, then as it grows up and out it goes yellow/gold with green tips).
