Coral foods included. Also, do you notice any difference in SPS growth with more or less frequent feedings?

I've recently started using reef chili. It seems to help. My growth seems to be going faster, however it could be a perceived placebo effect. I've got great PE, but I had that before reef chili too.

i feed my LPS corals 2-3 times a week, i only have 1 fish now and he is spot fed 4 pellets a day.

I always feel like my acro look better after i feed the LPS at night. I feed Fauna LPS food ground up to powder. I also used to feed Oyster feast but my bottle has been expired for several months now and i have not used any in some time.

I' will be starting some fauna foods this week and very excited to see how it works out. CC had a amazing sale on Fauna last weekend.

I feed mine 2-3 times a day frozen food. I am sure my corals get some food from the tiny particles.

I didn't read the post properly. I feed my fish once a day.

Nori once a day and rods food every other day

Curious with the Rod's food users who also have acropora...do you guys see mesenterial filaments from the acropora when you feed the rods food?

Does anyone else notice these filaments when feeding at all?

i feed my fish twice a week for the last 24 months

Do you get better water quality? If I fed only 2x a week my sps and fish would look dead. So, I feed 2-3 times a day, frozen 4 times a week.

I feed Rods every other day and there is one coral that will do that. It is a surharsoni.

But you mentioned in another thread that you got better coral growth while fish-less. :D

Nori once a day and rods food every other day

I'm feed similar to you. Rod's Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Nori Thursday and Sunday. Might just be me but I think I get increased growth if I don't feed everyday.

make this a poll, id like to know!

I like to see who I'm getting answers from. :)

I have an autofeeder for pellets everyday at 1pm. I also feed about a 1" square of mysis or Rods food 3-5 days a week. then on Wed and Sat I feed a mixture of oysterfeast, reefchili, dried phyto, and cyclopsese after lights out. I have 20+ small fish in a 160g tank in an SPS dominate tank.

The more I feed, the better my sps look.

I did, but you'll notice under my user name it also says "Love the fish". My SPS did great without the fish but were getting a little lighter than I would like there twords the end. My zoanthids wasn't loving it though.
