I feed my fish two or three times a day...new life pellets, mysis shrimp and nori. I feed table shrimp 3 times a week to my trigger, wrasses, anemones, and some LPS. I swap out Pohls Extra, Coral Snow, Coral Vitalizer, Sponge Power, Coral Frenzy and Oyster Feast after lights out daily. Fish are fat and corals are happy. The LED's have made the biggest improvement on my SPS.

I feed my SPS every other day with Coral frenzy, and I had recieved a BIG (two 6" branches) of Red Planet kinda bleached out but light pinkish and I am getting a tremendous turnaround on color. Red coming back, it started flourecent pink and is darkening up now. I also feed Rod's and PE mysis alternating on the SPS day. Pellets on the non- SPS days. Big Momma (Female True Perc. Clownfish) is very healthy =) SPS love me!

i feed my fish once a day with Sera granules. Usually try to feed Rods 2-3 times a week and when I think of it, I spot feed my LPS, but never more than 1x per week.

We have an auto feeder that drops pellets 3 times a day. In addition, I probably feed 2-4 mixed cubes 3-4 times a week, flakes 1-2 a week, seaweed 1-2 a week and 1-2 cubes of rotifers (very early morning) 1-2 a week. We have a 270G (total water volume of 400G) with 21 fish, very heavy SPS dominate with a handful of LPS and softies mixed in.

Spirulina flakes and pellets every day for my fish.. Nothing else but have no complaints with coral growth or color. I think appropriate Ca, Mag, alk, light, flow, good skimmer and some fish poop and the result is coral are happy campers.

I feed my fish every other day. I dont see how you guys that feed twice a day, everyday dont have nitrate/phosphate problems.

A lot has to do with how you feed. You can feed 2-3x daily small portion and not allowing food to settle in the tank. You get nutrient problem if food is left uneaten. Of course having a good filtration helps too.
