I am currently losing a battle in my 250g system and looking to down grade into a smaller tank so it's easier to manage. Looking at like the 60g or 80g nuvo's. Looking to still keep it sps dominated. Question is do sps do well in all in ones? Or is it better to buy a drilled tank and sump it.

In the past couple months my acros are dying and I can't figure out why I also test my water twice a week and everything been stable. I have increased the amount I do on water changes but things are just not getting better. Alkalinity is staying around 9 and calcium at 380. All other lvls are where they should be. Have inspected for pests can't find any, but took them out and dip them anyways.

Louisville,Ky? Maybe I can come over and help you figure this out.:)
What type of lighting is on this tank looks like T5 from the pictures.
The frag rack seems low in the tank.

I would look for stray voltage, or possible heavy metals leaching into the water? Hows your ro/di....have you changed filters latley?

If the tissue is sloughing off, then it Looks like the Beginning of Stn/rtn. As suggested above. Look for possible stray voltage or the possibility of heavy metals.

I have a small 20g nuvo that I might transfer them into tomorrow after I do a large water change on the 20g now that I replaced the filters on my RO DI system. You think that would be a good idea?

Test for heavy metals. Make sure you aren't using any expired supplements either. Put one of those poly filters in there and pray it doesn't turn blue lol

If you are putting the corals into a new tank make sure to acclimate them slowly to the new tank water. Drip acclimate them for a couple of hours into the new tank water.

But rule out no3 and po4 first and then go down the list

I agree with this.
I think they looked paled out. First, I would test for and rule out the simple obvious things.
They may be starved. Chalice and lps require more nutrients. They may not be getting it if you are doing 25% weekly water changes and not feeding enough.
