I can't figure it out. I acquired this piece of Stylo that was in a tank that had a crack in it. I moved some corals into my system for about 7 months while he repaired his build, and we slowly moved the back over. This piece of Stylo was a piece that got broken off and we put it on a frag plug and it has grown to about 3" tall now. The tips are growing well, but one side of the coral is bleaching from the bottom up. The coral still extends polyps exceptionally well, and everything else in the tank, including 2 other acros I also acquired from him are just fine. I'm a little at a loss.
I did test this weekend because of this, it's first time I've tested in months.
Phosphate .08
Nitrate 10ish (pink tests are hard to read for me, I have my daughter read them.)
Mind you both the above tests are pretty standard for the last 2+ years in this system. Phos an issue with the stylo perhaps?
Calc 410
Alk 7.2
Mag 1350
Salinity 1.025
Temp 80 (ink bird BRS titanium)
Any ideas?
