Suggestions on lights for a Mangrove setup?

My tank is only is only 16" in height I think my current sand bed is 1-2". I mean a lot of people don't even use sand beds right?
Yup, but you don't want them to fall over. At that depth you might want to find a rock or something that you could use to help position the mangrove. But if they stand up in the 1-2" bed, they'll be fine.

Great advice - thank you.

I have my AI Prime 16 HD scheduled for 10 hours ramping up to a peak of 60% intensity on all colors - around 40 watts. The hang on ceiling grow light is 150 watts full spectrum LED.



Wish me luck!! Going to get the mangroves next month when this cold weather stops to give them a good few seasons of growth.
