T5 hybrid mounting height

How high is everyone mounting your hybrid fixtures? Mine is around 8-9” if I can remember correctly but interested in going higher for easier tank access and top down viewing. I think brs video says 8” is optimal but it’s tough getting hands in the tank and pouring water in for w/c

Mine was 6', but the depth of my tank was 24".
