I have a 185 gallon tank 60x30x24 and am planing on adding a chocolate and tomini tang. Will these 2 coexist? I have only a lineatus and pink margin wrasse in there now.

Really hard to say... The general rule is what he mentioned above but all fish have there own personalities so it's really hard to say.... Normally I have problems with a yellow tang so I got a baby this time and he grown to about 5" now and he had never botherd anyone...my achillies took out my blue Hippo before taking him self out...:( it's a never ending battle...
My buddy has 2 yellows and a purple in a 180 and they get along fine "go figure" lol

in a 185 you might be ok...put them in at the same time and see...you could always take one out if you need to!

I have 5 tangs in my tank. Initially there was a little scuffling but once the pecking order was established they settled down ok. The sailfin rules the tank. The vlamingii almost seems indifferent to the aggressive displays. It does have to do with personalities alot. The general rule is introduce the most aggressive last. With just those 2 its hard to say, tomonis in my exp are not aggressive at all, not sure about chocolate. I introduced the sailfin and the vlamingi at the same time then added 4 more. 1 eventual succumbed to what i believe was some type of stomach parasite and the rest get along now with very little aggressive displays at all.

The yellow mimic (chocolate) tang is still in juevinile stage. Solid yellow about 2.5 to 3 inches. The tomini is 3.5 to 4 inches.
