I was thinking C binotatus as well but not sure. Juveniles aren’t as easy.Square tail bristle tooth, Ctenochaetus truncatus? The patterning is a bit off. More like Ctenochaetus binotatus? But missing the characteristic spots, and the crescent tail.
The dorsal fin and anal fin is Different from an Atlantic blue, so is the pattern, the Atlantic blue doesn’t have those dots. + it looks more Ctenochaetus than Acanthurus, to my eye.
Perhaps Cenochaetus cyanocheilus?
