Hey guys,

Its end of week 3 into my 24g nano cube cycle (dry rock, live sand). Ghost fed + Dr. Tims bacteria n AC. Now ammonia has gone down from 8+ to 0. Nitrite at its peak 5+, nitrate at 5. Filter on. Skimmer off. Water is turning bit cloudy with minute white particles. When is the right time to turn on skimmer?

I would wait until you have livestock or something that’s causing excess nitrate.
