TCFABS Miracles Rimless

Wow, thats awesome man. Great job on that build. I keep a stock of filter socks on hand to swap out twice weekly, or whenever needed.

Sorry I forgot the dimensions of the tank lol. Its 48x30x22. I used vinyl for the back of the tank that way if I ever want it off its easy to take off. You can find vinyl at most sign shops or some craft stores.

Those are the exact dimensions of the one I am having built!!! You like the dimensions? I am building mine inwall so only front will be starphire. How do you attach the vinyl? I am thinking about doing the sides too and I would like to be able to take it off down the road easily should I change my mind.

You have good taste in tanks!!!

I love the dimensions. I wouldn't change it. The vinyl is sticky backed, so all you do is clean the glass very well and I use a spray bottle with water and a little bit of soap and spray the glass and the back of the vinyl (sticky side), lay it down on the glass and use a credit card to smooth it out of the glass and push the water out. If you do it correctly you wont have any bubbles in the vinyl.

Tyler (tcfab) does fantastic acrylic work. He built my kalkwasser reactor for me and it is fantastic. He even came up with a solution for my topoff that had us baffled for a time. Tyler lives 50 miles from me, but came down more than once to create a great solution to my problem. He goes above and beyond great work.
I know he isn't hear to sell. He's just showing you all his great work. I just wanted everyone know that his work is not only nice looking, but most likely out performs the originals.

tc - dont put water in your tank or sump..just leave as is... would hate to see algae and what not muck it all up. Just throw some fake corals and color images of fish in the tank to keep everything looking awesome!

you should start you own line of products! - Better than BK but half the price

Awesome build!! I really like the clean look of the sump... where did you get the red PVC? I've never seen any colors except white and grey

You can get the colored pvc from usplastics, its only available in 1.250 size. I had to paint the 3/4" pvc for my return plumbing.
