They do, but that has allowed me to keep high light demanding SPS in the middle of my reef, and lower light demanding SPS and LPS on the edges.I've been in the hobby for over 50 years and I just bought an Alkatronic Pro. The Meridians look like a great design and RB are a proven light vendor. I read a review elsewhere that found they have a center hot spot. I think that's a common issue and not unusual with many of the major brand LED lights.
