Hi,
I would like to vent all the hot air that comes out of my Teco TK-2000 chiller to the outside, using one of the portable air conditioner window vents. Has anyone already done this? Any tips?
It seems like we could 3d print, or otherwise replace, the "in stand" vent attachment and convert it into a standard AC vent size (think clothes dryer vent). Maybe take the output on a 90 degree, so that the output goes straight up instead of straight back. Then we could just buy a cheap window vent on amazon and attach the chiller - the hot air would then go outside instead of into our homes.
I don't have a 3d printer, but we could certainly buy it from a place like Shapeways.
Think there's anything I'm missing here? Seems pretty doable.
