Oh no pretty sad. I got my 20 gallon ATO reservoir from them. Was the best combo of nice design and price I could find. I hope they come back but I fear they are gone forever.

Bummer. I was lucky to order a 150 gal tank at the end of June and it was shipped in August with no issues. The tank is flawless. Quality build and completed pretty fast. I noticed their website going down a couple weeks before my order. I’m so glad I didn’t run into any non-delivery problems. I’ve been trying to contact them since getting the tank since they didn’t include bulkheads for the drain since I requested no drilling. I hope they can overcome whatever issues they are having.

Yeah this is a bummer. I was just researching on their site a couple weeks ago about getting an 8' tank. I am a little leery of using acrylic as I am most definitely not a careful person. But weight is becoming an obstacle for me as I age. Hopefully this is just a weird occurrence and they are still in business. All their years of experience and how helpful they were in the construction of those diy kits was really nice to see.

About 2 months ago I tried to pay for a tank via their Shopify checkout. Their checkout page stated "Not accepting payments at this time." I waited maybe a week and in that time received a coupon through my email from them. So I tried again to pay, and the name of the Shopify account in the upper corner of the page changed to "Sundance Millworks" and then again a week or so later to "Ge**** St*****" (name redacted in case it is someone's real name associated with Tenecor). I wasn't still able to purchase anything. I thought maybe their site was hijacked. Now I'm not so sure based on others' comments here.

Man, it was just this summer when the owner of Tenecor (I presume) was in one of my threads telling me to buy one of his aquariums, and at that time I want considering about 65 gallons. Just about two or three weeks ago I wrote them to ask about a 100 gallon tank on their site that I had been interested in, and I got nothing but crickets in return.

Just like 3 days ago I had been looking for a drop in AIO kit for a 40B, and I was very, very close to buying Tenecor's kit....

I'm glad I saw this post.

From my research, I would have gone GlassCages all the way, so no big loss, in my humble opinion.

I was a bit upset when I saw one of the their advertisements recently state "40 years Family Business" or something to that effect. I hope they didn't take anyone's money this time. And yes, I am still bitter. I had a newborn and a new business, and it almost wrecked me.
