Tentacle Monster?

I was feeding my 2yr old tank today and noticed these weird tentacles slowly emerge from one of my rocks in two places pretty far apart. Then they sucked back in. They almost looked like they had small coral polyps on them, not really spikes. I got 3 blurry pictures. Is there a giant tentacle monster in my rock?

If we are talking about the worm, id say its just a regular bristleworm, harmless detrivore. If theres something else in the pics please circle it.
