Just wanted to make this to say thanks to aqua illumination for great customer service
I had an ai prime break and after talking to their customer service they got it replaced very easily
Super easy and simple
10/10 recommend ai products
taking care of a defective product professionally and politely is the bare minimum that should be expected of any manufacturers. How they treat you during other incidents that they may not be contractually obligated to help with is where real customer service begins.
Now that is professionalism, courtesy, and being proactive. Kudos to that manufacture. Hopefully other manufactures and retailers will take this as food for thought.
