I am picking up this hobby again after a 30 year hiatus. So I am considering myself as a newbie. I’m seeking to update my knowledge and gain information to grow in this hobby. My tank is on the smaller side and understand this may pose some challenges. Didn’t want to invest a ton until I feel comfortable. Don’t mind if I tend to be a little quiet, that’s just me. I have added a picture of my new tank of about 4 weeks. Still working on cycling and levels. Thank you again for the add!

Welcome!

I would remove the air stone. They cause too much salt creep, and a powerhead pointed to the surface works just as well for oxygen and gas exchange. :)

For air stone- simply place saran wrap over the area to control spray and salt creeping.

welcome back to the hobby, and welcome to R2R!

Very nice, Looks good, just make sure you can get a magnetic scraper around any rockwork, it may just be the picture angle though.

Reach out when you need.
