Color slightly different in this shot. Looking like a crayola Burnt Sienna/Burnt Orange with allmooost a shimmer?
In person it’s a vibrant red with a clear pink patterning, I can’t get a photo without a filter as the blues just overtake it annoyingly.
The very tip of the polyps are a gorgeous blue.

I won’t lie, I’m now tempted on a clownfish just to see if it’ll go for the Goni. Knowing my luck though it would go for an SPS or the Elegance (Which needs to stop growing to fast otherwise it’ll somehow get evicted).

Wow, it sounds amazing!!! Dang camaras!

HAHAHAH, ON THE CLOWNS. like my two who started in the back corner of my tank, sleeping horizontally; were presented with a lovely Nexus Joke nem and ignored; were then present with a more traditional nem - OG WWC RBTA and ignored; last, presented with a huge Hawaiian Punch nem, ignored (both of those nems are literally 3 inches from there hangout corner and so huge!

Not to mention Imhave a huge Goni they would be most happy with.

I should have done that pipe trick when I put them in or acclimation box with nem; but I didn’t know those things yet

Well, I’m coming back from my LFS with a bang!!

Early birthday present for me were corals and a stunning new fish.

Altogether I think there was £524.70 spent ($668). One coral is going straight into the 4’ so 3 animals are for this tank.

The torch is incredibly special as it’s supposedly one of the first in the UK.

Oooh
I’ve never seen that blenny before. Very pretty
Ive only seen 1 other specimen and this guy was at my LFS for a while so I decided it needed a home and I would trial a blenny again.

It’s been a long enough wait…

The torch doesn’t look amazing right now but in the LFS it was certainly healthy and as you can see, appears to be preparing for a split.

wish my elegance would open up.
Trust me, count yourself lucky… once these guys are happy their growth is insane! There’s a difference in size every week if not every few days.

Unfortunately whilst scraping the glass this guy’s skeleton got slightly broken but it doesn’t look too bad. Fingers are crossed he heals up - he extended pretty quickly after the damage.

Looking really good! You've got some nice corals and clams in there.
Thankyou, it has had its downs but I think it’s finally getting somewhere with coral!

Still waiting on a choati - I nearly had one back in December but unfortunately it arrived to the LFS DOA.

I could use a grower. I'll be patient I guess.
I wish I could say what I was doing but if I’m honest I’m not sure.

I dose Manganese for my goni and alve 2x a week along with reef zlements Blizzard. And the lighting/flow is actually designed for SPS but I’ve not changed it as LPS don’t seem to care about it as much as I thought they would.

Just grow it: Have you ever added CO2 to your reef tank?
