Hey everyone, just a quick shoutout to the BRS team. I just placed an order...probably about 30 minutes ago, and I JUST received shipping information and that it's on the way.

I mean if that's not some awesome customer service, I don't know what is!

Can't wait to try out the Tropic Marin salt!

Yeah geographically they're not all that close to me I'm in Missouri but pretty much every time if I placed an order on a Monday I've got it by Wednesday I would actually say they're more reliable than Amazon Prime is, a lot of times their "2 day" shipping takes 3 or 4 days.

I also will yell out a hip hip hooray to BSR! Everything I've ordered over the years has come in quicker than expected, it's shipped free no matter how little I order, and their tech help was extraordinary when I had trouble setting up the RODI unit several years ago. BSR is awesome! :)
