Update 05/05/2020:
Hi all delay on the tank build one of the guys building is sick. this is a bummer however it is not a problem. lots of deliveries have arrived and most of my equipment is here. i am just waiting on the odd few bits now.
I had a phone call saying that the skimmer was discontinued and the shop was not comfortable selling it.
so now i got a new skimmer that arrived yesterday with another 60kg making that 200kg of live rock.
The skimmer is a Red Sea 900 will be getting a second to go with that around a year from now.
so purchases this week was mainly equipment and media for my sump.
I have got two boxes of maxspect bio media 4 x mantis blocks and 5000ml Aquaforest carbon media. not sure what style i want to use the carbon, (sock, or reactor) any tips from you lot would be awesome
also had my first spillage this week.. misses not happy as the kitchen is built under the garage (garage is concrete before anyone worries) left my RO on and leaked down the sides and left a stain on the kitchen so that has to be fixed back up :D
rock designs and using super glue gel has been going great, however i have aqua forest stone fix on the way for the bigger rock builds.

update: 11 of may 2020
Great news the build is carrying on with my tank! yay!!!
did some more calculating if i want a UV or not in this system, last night I have now gone with a firm no. I would not be using it for parasites nor will i be aiming algae as at the minute I will need the algae to blossom in this fish only for the grazers eventually. but I am after keeping the water crystal clear with no yellow tint. (hence the large Carbon containers.
I am now in the process of using a pond sealant to go around the edges of the garage to prevent anything leaking into the kitchen.
my D-D heater controller unit is on the way. and so is about thousand other things.
also my sump will be in the process of being built (will be glass for now) so that will arrive approx late next week.
So what is the next item on my list to buy?
coral sand and plumbing
Plumbing wise i am not sure what sizes i want to use for the return and for the overflow (as i stated at the beginning plumbing really is my biggest weakness in this hobby and i am always afraid of messing up)
I've seen a nice looking sand "reeflowers pearl white sand" not too fussed if it gets too dirty and i feel like it will be nice addition to the tank. so the tank as i started with is currently back on track being built. want to see some pics? of-coarse i have some! at the moment it has no top or bottom fitted on but all the sides are done!

The tank has arrived! We have the main tank! This is exciting time for me here! When the tank arrived I could not believe the size of it looking at it live and up front! I can not wait to get water inside her! I’ve not named the tank yet but I have a few names in mind.
