Whoops I was 20 min late for my second period class. I don’t have a first period class because it’s with the dean and he doesn’t do class because it’s just me and him. Apparently today is a half day so classes end early and so the next class started 20 min later then earlier. Oh well I have a 98 in this class

Anyone want to throw out ideas as to why my urchin kicked the bucket overnight? :/

All other inverts including my sifting star, sea hare, porcelain crab and conch are just fine.

They are super sensitive to temp changes. I bet that’s what did it. In general they are super susceptible to quick changes in anything

I have a CurrentUSA bluetooth app that connects to my phone that has a temp probe. It alerts me if the temp changes significantly. It sits between 77-78 consistently :(

I would check salinity. I just added one and did a lot of research. Salinity and temperature swings are the biggest culprits

They are absolutely beautiful but tbh they are overhyped and underpowered.

They can grow anything. They have amazing colors and have great growth and save a ton of money. If I didn’t do t5s that would have been my choice
