but more gentle than the Jade right ? Jade was described as evil :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:
My “friend” has something to say about that haha.

Anyway, yes they are much less boisterous, I’d say closer to the Radiant in terms of “aggression”.

Haha I was wondering when you were going to chime in. I figured the mention of "jade" was like turning on the bat signal for you

You could say that haha.
My guy is taking a while to show more male colours but the radiant is showing more colours which makes me wonder if the radiant is now the boss of the wrasses.
I’ll try get photos of everyone :)

What other fish are in the tank?
Wrasses can go into hiding for several months and not come out when you’re looking at the tank. It’s unusual for a jade to hide though.

Well, this is the older gang minus the Jade which has his own spotlight. The photos are in order of how peaceful they are. The Jade would go just before the Cebu lubbocki as he can be aggressive but everyone knows he’s the second best and swims away from him so he doesnt

Here’s my 2 in the nano, they really don’t care about eachother and honestly I must really be getting the perfect luck with wrasses as none of mine are over the top with aggression.

And finally, the flasher. Hopefully these two photos can give us Atleast 2 of the parents. I’m still partly thinking rubricaudalis could be the second parent sue to the bit of red in the dorsal which filamentosus doesn’t seem to have. The anal is still a definite yellow though which rubricaudalis has the faded yellow to red on the edge. Although he seems to have the redish colour but it’s faint which is where I think it could be the other parent.

Snapped these photos of choati's while at work, just using my iphone but I feel like they turned out pretty good! I thought the wrasse loving community might enjoy, it's been a blast looking at everyone's photos.

I would love a choati! Been on my wish list for many years. Sadly, my negrosensis and kuiteri aren't very nice to other leopards. Some day.

Crabby won't be back on here for a little while, but his trio is doing awesome! I'm very jealous

Definitely a fish for the future for me as well, the trio that crabby has looks stunning in the older photos it’ll be intruiging to see him come back and show them off again.

Someone is no longer scared of the camera now that they are in the 180.

He sleeps under/near the clam and doesnt toss sand everywhere. No issues with anything so far, invert wise. I only have a cleaner pair, and he could care less about them lol.

actually, the black wrote above, 1 flavescens, 1 truncatus, 1 ceruleus, 2 clowns, some chromis, 1 tomentosus, 1 chelmon

The tangs could’ve been quite a bit too aggressive to the bipartitus and jade. I see this more towards the bipartitus though.

oh sure, bipartitus was stressed a lot by truncatus

and now i have the ceruleus fighting the chelmon, that's why chelmon is in a nursery

The A. caeruleus fighting the Chelmon rostratum isn’t unexpected, they’re similar bodied fish and the Rostratum doesn’t do well with aggression - often needing to be added last.
I still can’t figure out a reason for the Jade going into hiding though.
