H. pallidus is actually pink and will stay pink. That's an adult in Crabby's pic.

I've never made WC after prazi in my hospital or observation tank.

yes, the hospital tank is the faster solution. (except the fact that I need lights, filtration and everything else, If I have to quarantine the fish 1 week minimum)

Simple 5 gallon bucket with an air pump, and air stone is all thats required. Not hard to setup. Just do small WC's every other day to combat ammonia buildup. But as posted above, I have found that leopards are low bioload fish.

If you go the hospital tank route(what ever way you go, could also treat the display), just remember to offer a dish of sand for sand sleeping wrasses.

plain RODI salted water is enough for fishes? no need to cycle the quarantine tank? in other words, can i make 50 liters of Rodi and salt It the day before (or the same day) i get the fish and put It inside?

1 day aged saltwater is fine. Match salinity to your lfs. Water change every other day as homer said to reduce ammonia. A cycled observation tank avoids the cycle but is not necessary as long as you do water changes

It should be alright however just be extremely cautious with introduction.

Yeah, that’s a Halichoeres hortulanus however they get big and can be aggressive. I personally don’t label large Halichoeres wrasses as 100% aggressive as each wrasse will have its own personality.

Not sure, it's totally black with white points and white tail. Marginatus doesn't have white tail.

Not aggressive, but they can be a bit pushy once they transition to male. They will be very hard on your clean up crew.
