Ummmmm cold. Mama don't do cold. I am planning on getting dry suit certified in the spring so maybe next year. I was supposed to go pumpkin carving at white star but got the pup that weekend.

Nice, I got certified at White Star. How much colder could it be now vs summer lol. It is always pretty chilly there.

It is actually not too bad in Sept / Oct. But now after it's been cold for a while yeah no.

Pulled all the dead and mostly dead stuff out. Hacked up some other stuff to try and save it. Snowed the tank and tested. Still no idea what happened. Tore out 25% of the red plating devil i have since it was starting to shade out the Duncan. Things look so neked now.
Hoping to set up the phyto and pods culture tonight.

I gave up quarry diving a while ago. Now I only dive warm water. I did do some diving off of Monterey and it was amazing but even colder than the quarry. Probably needed a dry suit but I was alot younger and just delt with not being able to feel my hands lol.

I saw a whole herd of Yellows from the shore and had a group of 7 or 8 Achilles use me as protection from a sea turtle. Also saw a couple of Snowflake eels and an octopus. LOTS of Convict tangs and Sergeant Major Damsels - even several pairs with schools of babies.
