It's baking day today. A feeble attempt at pecan tassies was made last night. Butter balls today. Every year I try and new cookie recipe. This year is espresso chocolate chip. Mike doesn't like mint other wise id have made Tifs. Ill make them for me later ;) oh and cant forget the semi yearly chex mix bonanza.

You know, depending how recent things happening in my life develop, I may just have to set up a small tank and get one of these. I have a couple smaller things and a big one that can and will impact my life that are up in the air. We shall have to see.
