I have my redsea doser i dose 95ml/hour all for reef . My redsea doser tube tip submerged so the crystalized afr doesnt affect my tubing, but now im facing other issue, is junk, literally blocks just tiny bit of the tube where it affects the ML dosed, and immediately notice a tiny shift in my alk.

Is there ANYWAY to avoid this its genuinely annoying

One thing I've found that works, but takes a tiny bit of tinkering, is mixing a tiny bit more RO to AFR powder mixture. This prevents it from crystallizing for me. The instructions call for 950ml of water to six scoops, if you do 1100 ml of water it mixes more consistent to not crystallize and clog dosing hoses.

Yes junk blocking the tip of the outtake where i dose the liquid
I don't know anything about AFR - but there should be no "junk" in the solution. The discharge is under pressure and you have it underwater. If there is buildup there that is blocking flow. then I suggest placing the discharge in a higher flow area and angled a bit with the outlet going downstream to keep it clear.

Been using the same set up for over a year. I just reach in and rub the hose between my thumb and fore finger every couple of days to keep it clear. Even through there is some crystalization at the tip it's not plugged and I notice no change in my alk levels because of a small amount if crystalization. If i let it go too long it will clog so I don't do that. Some people use a Y fitting and connect the doser and ATO hose so the ATO flushes the fitting and keeps it clear.
95ml/hr seems like an insane amount of AFR.

Yeah... I was thinking the same thing. That's got to cost an arm and a leg.

I had issues with it crystalizing in the lines so I actually mix it to half strength and just double the volume im dosing. That solved the issue.

I tried that as well, which is why I mentioned it could take some tinkering. I found that you don't need to double the volume though and I don't want to dilute the efficacy of it too much. I started with doubling because it made the math easy.

I think if you were a larger tank, I'm only a 32 gallon, then just dosing more more frequently would clear the lines. I'm at 1.1 ml an hour for 24 hours.
