So I have been seeing the motion light coming on outside for about a month or 2 EVERY night. I have cat food that is sitting outside to feed the outside cats that are around here.. Well, this guy comes up here and lays around on the deck like a cat, waiting for the cats to finish eating so he can have his turn!. I have 2 steps that lead up to the upperdeck, and he lays on 1 step and a cat lays on the other. I tried to capture the picture but it didnt turn out. But here is a picture of him eating. The first time it came up here there was 2 others racoons with him, a big one that was about double the size of this one and a little baby.. One of the outside cats hisses at him, and has swatted at the raccoon once cause it tried to eat out of the bowl with the cat HAHA. He just walked away like it was nothing to!. I though I was gonna have to go out there and chase it off. The cat is my son's buddy and didnt want the coon to kill it.

Also, I meant to add, I have opened my big door so the screen door was still shut, and the raccoon stood up and put his paws on the screen and was looking in at us.

Well, don't forget to put your glasses on and say, "Here kitty, kitty, come snuggle with mama."

Hah they're so cute until they get mad..........lol

We have the get into the dumpster at work all the time. The last two scared the crap out of me when I opened the lid and turned around. They came flying out of the dumpster and jumped on the trash can I had and took off.

They came back the next day and stayed there over the weekend. The mom would sprawl out on her juvenile baby when I carefully put trash in. I made sure not to crush them ;)

For whatever reason it won't let me upload the pics from my phone :/

HA! We have a family of 4 that eat our cat food on the porch almost every night as well. :)

beautiful animals, but they are known to carry rabies so watch out for that, and if you wanna see their evil side, just corner one LOL

Get rid of it now before it does some real damage.
If you have kids they could get bit, they are not afraid of anything and extreemly mean.
They will damage your place, eventually they will want in your attic or walls. My girlfreind ended up with massive damage to her house, they ate right through the shingles and plywood on her roof to get into the attic. They will have babies up there that eventually chew into your house of find away in. has happened to a few freinds.
Almost every fall I end up with one in my attic and have no idea how they get in.. They are extreemly loud at night with thier chewing.
They will knock over your garbage and drag it all over.
If you have a pond they will destroy it.
I trapped 4 last year.
