get assembled but need the lights more.
Im shopping for a top off pump that will pump from the basement holding tank, so head needs to be 15' or better.
Any ideas?

No direct experience with that kind of push but I’d guess your best bet with something off the shelf is probably the Neptune ATK. Not sure if the Tunze has that much giddyup in the pump.

Your Lab must be smarter than mine ;)

How is the left lump attached to the weir box or is it stacked, loving this?! :)

I had a chunk that happen to work, might epoxy it before it get bulldozed

I haven't cleaned the glass yet? or powered up the skimmer. I feed 2 cubes and a healthy pinch of small pellets daily and nori every other. been a couple months now, just waiting for it.

3 WC's 20 gallon each with IO, been lazy, seems ok

Nice spread, I'm surprised your numbers are lowish but my hybrid is 7 inches to water surface, I have never tested it though.

I going to lower it 2-4"

A little disappointed in the USB sensor. Too much deviation

Not much happening, I finally got the radions online using an old laptop, somehow all my ecotech pumps linked up too
but I dont have the reef link to control them so I got locked out:mad: did the factory rest thing and regained control;Meh

Well @Scurvy was right about the hermits, I cought a couple of my old crabs eating all my snails and corals, and the new blue legs did a number as well. I think those boys were just plain hungry.

Things have settled down every one is doing their thing. I still haven't cleaned the glass and the uglies have started, not bad, still no skimmer, ill let the tank tell me whats needed, still feeding 2 cubes frozen a healthy pinch or 2 of pellets (crabs) and nori almost daily. Did I mention my clown loves nori?:D

I was rounding up parts for the top off and seen this on brs. So instead of relays, supplies, box and wiring 120v to control the larger pump this is a one and done. Now Im thinking of getting a new Osmolator to control this. I dont care for the form factor much, looks like it would fall out of the socket easily so I may still make my own, but this is were im headed.

I am now going to use that HD float sw to control my SW holding tank, I was transferring FW to the SW tank and almost over filled AGAIN! of course I got distracted so I need to do something. So Im headed into the basement to get the mix-station, top-off and auto water change done. AND to clean out the salt mix barrel;Blackeye
I used instant ocean to fill and cycle the tank and after only using half a bucket I have a layer of crud on the bottom. Its bad enough that when I make new salt it flakes and makes it into the display. BTY i do let it mix for 24 hours. Too bad because I was thinking of sticking with it, but If I get that in the barrel then I get that in the display.
Oh ya Happy Turkey Day if I dont see ya!

As much as I enjoy being right sorry to hear the hermits snacked on your corals.

If you interested in a Reef Link shoot me a PM. I’m still using mine but have the WXM connected and plan to move onto that for Vortech control. Just dragging my feet cuz well... I’m LAZY :)

Happy Thanksgiving to you!
