Hey R2R!

Forgot to document it from the beginning, but considering the tank has only been running for a little over a month, I decided to still make a build thread! This is my second tank, with my Waterbox Cube 20 being my first and main display. Tank was cycled with Matrix from the 20g, FritzZyme TurboStart 900, and Brightwell Aquatics MicroBacter7. Planning this tank as more of a "low-tech" tank and don't really measure water chemistry on it, just watching the tank every day and 2 gallon water changes around once a week. The St. Thomas mushroom is currently in an anemone box so that it can attach to some leftover Matrix before I move it out.

Tank Specs:
- Tideline 11.3g AIO Cube
- AI Prime 16HD
- Chemi-pure Blue Nano
- Seachem Matrix
- Stock Return Pump
- Hydor Koralia 240 Nano
- XP Aqua Duetto ATO

Livestock:

Fish:
- 2 Ocellaris Clownfish
- Azure Damselfish

Invertebrates:
- 4 Cerith Snails
- Tiger Conch
- Cleaner Shrimp
- T. derasa Clam

Corals & Anemones:
- Euphyllia sp. "Torch"
- Goniopora sp. "Neon"
- Ricordea florida
- Rhodactis sp.
- Rhodactis sp.
"St. Thomas Mushroom"
- Rhodactis sp. "TSA Swamp Thing"
- Blastomussa wellsi
- Blastomussa merletti "WWC Superman"
- Micromussa lordhowensis "Pink Stripe"
- Micromussa lordhowensis "Deep Forest"
- Favia sp. "Wolverine"
- Zoanthus sp. "Scrambled Eggs"
- Zoanthus sp.
- Zoanthus sp.

If anyone has more specific common names for any of the corals listed above or any questions let me know!

Please let me know how you like that tank. I saw them at WWC but went with the Waterbox 25/20/10.

Great looking tank!
Thanks! I haven't run into any problems with it so far. Only thing I really notice that's different between the Waterbox and the Tideline is the back glass is tinted a slightly different shade and it is much cheaper than the Cube 10 which is why I ultimately chose it.

Great tank there! You have any updates??

I just got an 11.3 tideline cube myself and am surprised how small the return chamber actually is. The stock pump is so small! I was thinking about upgrading it for better flow without a powerhead but I don't think I can find some thing as small as this that is DC and more powerful than the stock pump.

Just picked up a tideline 11.3 on Black Friday. Everywhere I see online says return pump is 200gph. The one that came in my box says 156gph on it. Curious to know what you’re came with

I upgraded mine to the IM MightyJet Mini and it was a rough fit but it fit.

I dug out my original pump and it says 600 L/H so yeah about 158.

Do you run a powerhead to? Did you run a the 158 at all? Curious to know if a small Koralia &158 will be enough. $ isn’t the issue just tryna get an idea. I’ll prob end up hooking up the tank just to troubleshoot. I’ll update when I do

This is only my second setup and I haven't actually kept coral yet. I'm just trying to learn and get better at testing/regulating nutrients. I got the MightyJet mini to hopefully avoid putting a powerhead in but I might still need to for flow behind my rocks. I can run the IM Mini at 266 gph and not toss the fiji pink sand around.

I would think if you ran the original pump a powerhead would be a good idea but it needs to be tiny and placed well. Sorry If that's not much help.

The Korilia are about the size of an egg so they’re pretty slick. Placing on the bottom left side wall pointing toward the bottom right wall. And return nozzle pointed toward top center

I changed out my pump for a imagitarium 190gph pump and works much better than the stock. I’m customizing a maxi jet 1200 tonight to try and get a fit.

Just stocked some more coral as well.

Added some stock
beautiful! I am still trying to learn to stabilize a 10 gallon aquarium! lol
I am getting more serious and testing like crazy. Hopefully soon I will have my anemone.
Right now I am looking for a protein skimmer. Also thinking about adding a AI blade before the anemone.

I made a thread here -

So how are those Tideline tanks holding up? Was looking at the 21.4 cube and going to see what WWC has in stock this weekend to look it over.
How is the rear chamber working out for everyone? Do you still like it as much as your water box? Was looking at all the AIO cubes and really like the measurements on the 21.4 with the height being almost 18”

I decided to get a bigger tank. I don't like the 2" depth to the AIO chamber of the tidelines. I picked up a 22.5g AIO cube it is cycling up to move the tideline rock and fish into in a couple weeks.

If my tideline total volume was bigger I would have stuck with it.
