Hello!

I have just discovered a tiny, tiny nick/chip/scratch on my front panel maybe 4 inches from the bottom and about 1/3 of the way from the right side.

It is so tiny that I don’t know how I saw it otherwise. Seems less than a millimeter across, and maybe a millimeter top to bottom. Doesn’t seem deep. I can’t feel the imperfection with my skin, and can only detect that it’s an imperfection from catching my nail.

I was able to get these pictures. Is this anything to be worried about? The tank is dry and won’t be filled for months. Sorry if this is a dumb question, as it seems minor but I want to get other peoples thoughts.

Is this a scratch or a crack? Kinda hard to see in the pictures. If its a crack that goes all the way through probably bad. Scratch thats just surface nothing to worry about

It absolutely does not go through the glass. I can view it from an angle and it seems to be on the inside surface of the glass.

I think it would be fine then, but I would test it outside or something before getting it full of sand and stuff would be my advice. Ive got a few scratches on my glass tank and theres no issue there.

Might be a very small inclusion or even a bubble. By the time you're up and running, you'll probably have larger scratches from placing aquascaping, rock rolls, urchins bumping a coral against the glass, etc.
