Some of my zoas have been losing tissue between the individual heads. Any ideas what the issue could be?

How are your phosphates, and if there was a big alkalinity swing?

Consider keeping PO4 above 0.03 ppm and alk in 8-9 dKH.

Can’t test either at the moment. But will look into getting a test if this can be the issue. Shouldn’t be any alkalinity swings I barely mess with the tank. I run a protein skimmer and do monthly water changes
