Tkhelp with torch please

Hey all, I've had this torch for about 2 years, about3 months ago tissue receded, for some reason the recession stopped. All my other torches and coral we unaffected, I moved it up about 1/2 up the rock work. Not sure is that was a good idea. Its getting gentle flow. The lighting is 4 a360x at 100 % intensity and 3 t5 bulbs. Anything I can do to help it along on its recovery ?

This happened about 2 months ago, my parameters have been stable for ages, all is 10, p04 .01 , nitrates are 5. Calcium 480, no new additions when this happened, what can I do to help it recover faster.
