TO UV or not TO UV

I am setting up a 250G FOWLR tank. It has been recommended to me that it is a good idea to have a UV Sterlizer in place on a fowlr tank. I would like some input on the WATTAGE and FLOW needed on a tank this size.

Make sure ot put it between the sump and tank for best results.

Defenitely use one on a fowlr, it helps a ton with bacterial diseases, as well as some parasitic disrases.
