Tomini with large spots. Help

Here's a pic what he looks like from today

He has amazing color. How large is he? Mine is about as long as our firefish. Maybe a bit smaller.

He doesn't look any worse today. Not better but not worse.

I'd say maybe 3-3.5" long nose to tip of tail, not very big.
