Too much flow ?

I have a 225 peninsula. 4xmp60 on 80% power. Gyre mode

Looks like a lot of flow, but that's great PE so the coral is happy. It also appears to be random flow which is much better than direct flow in a single direction. How long has it been running at that percentage?

Seems like alot. 28000-29000gph in a 225.
That one coral looks like it's doing ok, how about the rest of the tank?

I also concur with the alot. I have a 375 and my 2 60s are on 50% and 65% and I have one on each end, my tank is 8ft long. How long is yours? I also have 2 40s on the back wall..
