What accounts for longer torch tentacles? I know indo’s are thin/longer than aussies but I see some torches that look similar have different lengths and some much longer lengths. I know as they grow they grow more heads of course, do they somewhat grow longer tentacles as well? Or is it all dependent that some torch types have more potential for long tentacles? Also any examples of longer tentacles torches would be appreciated. I’m pretty sure dragon tamers do but not confident in any other guesses.

generally, proper flow and lighting causes torches to fully extend those beautiful tentacles. Too much lighting or flow will make them unhappy, causing them to retract. Too little lighting may cause wispy overextension and bleaching as they struggle to find the light they need. I'm sure there are other more detailed factors, but those two are universal.
