What is growing on the base of the trachy?

Hard to tell from the picture provided. If you're able to, a picture in more white lighting or with an orange filter would be very helpful.

Is it hard or soft? Does it move?

Sorry, n00b pic before. All whites on for this one. Not sure on texture don’t want to bother the coral as it gets very ticked when I disturb haha but it doesn’t move at all. it almost looks like a little clam to me that’s embedded in skeleton. I’m completely new to this so unsure if it’s a sponge.

Could be a clam or other bivalve. Does it open and close? Anything come out of it?
