Added this Trachy to my tank today and noticed this coming out of the sides. This is my first Trachy and I've never seen this before. Is it mesenterial filaments? Would like some help to figure out what it is. Thanks.

Did you do Fullscreen mode? It's in the middle of the picture. Looks almost like white string.
I see the strings, but it doesn't look like anything concerning. It also looks like it is originating from the side of the trachy not in camera view. Do you have anything growing on the side of the trachy? Any nobby growths that might be a vermetid snail? The trachy doesn't look unhappy. Is this RIGHT after putting it into the tank? Sometimes when you have them out of water for a bit, they start to secrete a mucus that will come off of them when in the tank with the flow on.
It looks like mucus to me. When I move my trachys they get mad and do that.
