Trident motor not working

Hi guys,
My trident was not working, so I checked it and find one of the motors does not open an close and looks stucked.
Any idea on how to fix it or where to find a replacement?
I already contacted neptune and they told me they do not sell the piece and need to send it back for repair.

You are right - they do not sell them. At least not yet - maybe in a future service package.

If you haven't done try a search on Trident Stepper or something like that. There was a thread here not too long ago whereas someone ran into a similar issue and found a like part. The only down side was that they had to order like 5 or 10 of them. Something like that.

Sorry I don't have the link or remember the subject name. Only they found one. I didn't have that issue but I have done the self service. On a side note ty for contacting them. I think it will help them with data to see if it is something they add to the kit later.

I am trying to find the post your mentiones unsuccesfully.

Neptune answer me they do not send the products back internationally and I am in Mexico, so, I need to find a way to resolve this.

Any additional direction to that post, will be helpfull.

follow their instructions. curious why you're asking. again only mho - I would never buy their products

Love to help when I can. I remembered posting something in that thread with a certain word so I found my own post and the thread by searching for posts by me with that word.

These motors are really difficult to find. I found a mfg but it cost $230 each for one.
