I tested with a friend of mine for about 6 months before i posted here.

Thank you, just trying to guide others that are struggling, to be able to find you, and to feel confident.

Absolutely brilliant fix!!

Got mine in two days. Installed today! Before installing, my calcium got to 800+ and eventually, errors. My trident flashed red and was dead in the water.

Some suggestions for everyone installing these. Use an old reagent jar and cut it open on the side. Then adjust your tube till its almost to the bottom. Get the most out of your jar.

I reset my trident and these are the new results. All fixed. Now if I could find a 6 month reagent bundle in stock somewhere I'd be a happy camper. Neptune determined to lose all their customers and switch to GHL.... Thanks again!

Received mine very quickly. I haven't even set up my Trident yet, so I can't attest to how they work, but many others have already stated how awesome they are. They installed easily and are ready to go as soon as I get time to set up my Trident.

Installed mine bc my calcium reading hasn’t been changing from 450, so I stopped dosing cal. Well I decided to do a couple manual tests and my cal was actually around 350. Installed the whatchamacallits and immediately got a more accurate reading. Great product, whatever it’s called, and buy with confidence

I designed and printed this needle guide for trident reagent. it'll keep your needle straight up and down and you won't have that high calcium problem anymore. It has been tested by myself and a friend.

$25 for 3 shipped

That's totally cool. I was actually joking somewhat, thus the wink; color doesn't matter. :)

Received my guides a couple of days ago. Well-made and they fit great, no adjustments necessary.
Neptune should consider including these with new Tridents.
