Triton switch over on 380 Gallon stocked tank

So what should i do. If current dosing, now up to 60ml/day is not holding alk, how is a lower dose going to hold it once i get it up?

It won't.
Stop all BRS. Just add whatever you have to to get it up to 8.0. You're getting pretty low so do it over a couple days.
Now try increasing your daily dose of Triton and see if it holds it there.
If it doesn't, do a one time dose of BRS to get it back to 8.0, increase the Triton dose again, and see if it holds it there.
Repeat until you see it hold at 8.0
Test daily.

Also, makes sure you are not dosing all elements at the same time.
I dose 12x per day and my dosing is set to dose each 30 minutes apart.

3ml per 100 liters is about 39. I'm dosing 60.

8 is definitely the goal but stability is more important. The problem with going lower than 8 is you have less room for error. My tank is stable at around 7. I do check my alk at least once a week even though I have been doing the triton for a few years now.

Bringing it up gradually is good. But once its at 8, cut off the brs completely. You need to see if your new Triton dose can hold it. If you are still dosing BRS you're just prolonging this exercise.

Don't bother until you are locked in and holding the alk at 8.0

btw, I tested with Hanna and Red Sea Pro kits today. Alk is 8.1, Calc is 430, and Mag is 1280.
So nice being able to dose everything equally and keeping steady parameters.

Dosing 120 ml day alk & CA with BRS to bring it back up & stabilize.
Monday morning I got 7.2, Monday night down to 7. I also added some alk manually on Sunday so I think it went up from that

This morning up to 7.5 after upping dosage to 192ml day last night.

Only dosing triton 69 ml day and alk has now dropped to 6.8. Raised dosage to 90 ml a day this morning. 90 ml a day is a lot. At this rate I will go they a bottle at 11 days. That is of course if this raises alk at all.
