Trouble shooting Kessils

Have a Kessil that stopped working this morning,

Two lights hook right into the controller and the third light is slaved to the second light. It is this third light that is off.

Checked the connections, etc. All looks good but it is dark.

Anybody have any experience trouble shooting?

If you use the knobs does the light still work? If so could either be q bad cable or it's not inserted completely.

Tried turning the knobs, saying bad words, but nada. Does swapped cab jacks. More nada.

Does it it take a special cable or will anything that fits work, do you know?

Unplug the cable and see if you can control it with the knobs

Try plugging up a power supply from one of the working lights. I have 5 kessils and two have been replaced by kessil for free. One had a row of leds go bad and the other just stopped working. Kessil customer service was the best in my experience.

Did you try using one of the working power supply's from another light? Same thing happened to one of mine. Best to contact Kessil and have it replaced.

Tried plugging in other power supply, does not work independently, cable does not have obvious cracks, both sides seem to be inserted properly.
