Tube anemone disconnected

~6 hours and he seems to have buried himself partly
The biggest issue I see here is he's up against the glass which means it's likely to happen again.

So how should I move him to avoid another issue?
I'd place him next to the rock parallel and slightly buried in the sand so he can dig his foot under it. he'll repair in time. And don't vacuum near him next time. he will not crawl back inside that same tube but he may take the small gravel buts from it. If it already smells though don't return it. I believe it will smell by now.

The foot doesn’t smell bad, but I have a really weak sense of smell. It’s been 18 hours out so I don’t think it would be in best interest to.

I’m gonna try to move him next to rock now.

Thank you all

googling says it’s a strainer like mini cup, I can try to 3d print one.

Do you think that could work well?

Thank you
I don’t see why not

I printed one for a BTA several years ago. It didn't like the one I printed though.
