Turbo Snail Question

Is it true that if they flip over they need help to flip back or they will die? Popped 5 in my new tank and LFS told me that they can fall off tank side and if they fall upside down they cannot get back up.

Very curious if this is true or not?

All snails can do this, some more likely than others.

Mexican Turbos can right themselves; Astraea Turbos have a hard time though.

They can right them selfsame if theyou fall at an angel but when they are upside down they cant
