Turf algae? Moss ball algae possible?

They are in my refugium, mixed with my chaeto. They can be easily removed (when they are in my chaeto) and some attach to the wall. I actually like them but want to know what they are.
Turf algae? Moss ball is in freshwater only, right?
If I can throw them into my DT as food, that would be nice. I do that with my chaeto.

That should be desirable macroalgae instead of nuisance.
Anyone knows what it is please?
