Ultum Nature Systems is a company of diehard aquarium enthusiasts based out of Los Angeles California. We have a background in planted tank aquascaping but have also been longtime reef hobbyists.

After three years of product testing and development, we finally released our new R line of reef ready aquariums. This line of Reef Systems comes with the signature Ultum Nature Systems 45 Degree mitered edge, rimless low-iron glass. Other features include the preassembled, fully aluminum cabinet with leveling feet, smoked glass sump with a preinstalled PVC frame, PVC electrical box, and easy to assemble plumbing.

We actually just released the tank today. We named it the R80, and it is an all-in one frag system for either home or commercial use. It comes with all of the features of our current reef line with the addition of included frag racks, a larger electrical cabinet for dosing containers, and 4 return nozzles for 360-degree flow.

Thank you for the support. Warranty is three years on the system, with an additional 2 extended warranty if you register. We are working on getting this more clearly posted on our end.

Shallow series in the works?

We currently are experimenting with some different sizes for including some peninsulas, other frag systems and possibly shallow tanks. No timeframe for anything yet, but we will keep you posted!

Any chance of an external overflow setup in the works? I love the glass overflow, but internal overflows take up so much space in the display

R60. I’d love to go bigger but I’m confined to a 30 inch wide tank at the moment (in order to have wife approval). Gonna order some live rock and get it cooking in my quarantine tank and will be buying it from either Neptune aquatics in San Jose or Aquarium and Reptile Depot in Citrus Heights. Shooting for the next 30 days

The R60s great, that's what I have, and it is perfect size for my space. Got a thread for mine too if you're looking for how I set it up. Neptune and reptile depot are fantastic stores too, be sure to keep us updated when you get one!
